Hey, I’m finally back from my trip to North Carolina, well actually I came back last week but I went straight to Virginia after. However, North Carolina was awesome got to white water canoe and hike up 3 mountains. The scenery was beautiful and I went through so much just to get to my destination. Overall it was a great experience and I will be posting pictures in about a week.
Hey everyone, tomorrow at about 6:45 I will be on a one way flight to North Carolina to hike up the Appalachian Mountains and go white water canoeing. I’m really excited because I’ve never done anything like this before and I think it will be a really good experience for me. It’s a to 2 week trip so I’ll be away from home for a while, but I’m gunna try to take as many pictures as possible, and once I get back I’ll share them with you all.
Last night I saw the new “Wolverine” with my friend and I noticed it was a lot different than what I was expecting. The scenery was strange for a character like Logan, and it was a whole new outlook on the characters emotions. The movie itself was good, however certain parts left me puzzled and a little confused. Even though I kind of expected Wolverine to be weaker in this one, it was odd to see him so vulnerable, in more way than one. I can’t really explain it but it caught me a little off guard and some parts just made my “inner geek” come out and question why it made sense. Really you kinda got to see the movie yourselves to decipher what you like and dislike about it. Also make sure you aren’t one of the first to leave the theater, you’ll be very shocked.
As most of you know, Samsung’s Galaxy Note wasn’t the first smartphone to feature a massive display, but it was certainly the first to popularize the new “phablet” category. The second-generation model improved upon the first’s design in just about every way imaginable — except for build quality, as we noted in our Galaxy Note II review — and as such, we have high hopes for the third version, which is reportedly set to debut in early September.
Fans have been riled up for month however it has no been given so much screen time in commercials or online sites, despit its earlier versions being so popular. However, when it is finally revealed, I be anything that their will be massive buzz about it.
Now even though their has not been much said about the phone, we still know a little about it. The Galaxy Note III will, in fact, feature a 5.8 inch full HD 1080p display, a 13 megapixel camera, 3GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 800 chipset. Their is also a rumor that Samsung is shifting the phone build quality to a more metallic build. This is just a rumor but some feel as though this may so the problems they get from a plastic build phone.
I’m definitely exited for this phone and cant wait to get it.
This past week I was on a five day religious journey, where me and my fellow companions shared are love and experiences, about God, with each other. And while there, one of my “leaders” shared a really powerful video with me about the battle between man and Death.
So, I just saw the movie “World War Z” yesterday and I gotta say, it didn’t really live up to my expectations. The movie overall was pretty good and really well played out, however the commercials made it seem like it would be this really suspenseful movie that would make you jump out of your skin. The story line was solid and the characters were good but I’m a scary movie enthusiast and that part disappointed me. Also, I guess sense I saw it with like 10 of my friends, all in one row, we were way too distracted. The other part that made me kind of on the fence was the fact that, at first the “zombies” were all really digital and had really good affects. However, at the end they just kinda dressed people up and put make-up on them, which sort of took away some of the illusion.
Despite all of that, I still recommend it. The story was concrete, the suspense was good and the characters played the roles quite well. I guess it’s one of those movies you can’t see in a big group.
Okay, I just went with my friends to see the funniest movie in man-kind. It was hilarious, witty, original and extremely clever. Yup, I just saw “This is the End”. The cast was beautifully plentiful and it seemed as if everyone was in it. I literally couldn’t stop laughing throughout the entire movie. It was a blast and I highly recommend it to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.
